I had an amazing stay in this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive and genuinely interested in ensuring my comfort. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful indoor and outdoor pools. I also loved the location, which was easily accessible by public transport and a short walk away from town. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the buffet breakfast was delicious and offered both indoor and outdoor seating options.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Good and friendly staff. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. Beautiful area around the outdoor pool. Breakfast is ok even though it could be much better considering a 4 star hotel.
No air con! No free wifi in the rooms. The decor of the rooms is old. They shut down everything around 23 pm and after that there is no one at the reception during the night.

Lovely swimming pools and quiet location
We stayed in this hotel during a city break for a week. The swimming pools were the best aspects of our stay, perfect for cooling down on hot days. The location was quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. The town center was only a short walk away, where we enjoyed strolling along the river and admiring the beautiful views.
They seemed to favor the German and Italian speaking guests over us, and we had trouble communicating with them. The service was not up to our standards and we had to wait a long time to get the waiter's attention each morning.

The pools were great and it was nice to have both an indoor and outdoor option. The patio was also a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a meal or drinks. The location was convenient and easy to get around.
The staff seemed less interested in serving us and took too long to respond to our requests. Communication was a bit of a struggle, as they had a difficult time understanding us.

The beautiful view from our balcony to the mountains was absolutely breathtaking, and the owner/manager's presence every morning and evening made us feel valued and cared for. we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
